Avery's bilirubin level, an enzyme produced by the liver, was elevated for her age and was causing her to have Jaundice. Her pediatrician sent her home with a bili bed and blanket for two days. She had to be in her bed 24/7 unless she was being fed. We called it her torture chamber : )

Avery's First Picture

Avery Lynn Raleigh was born April 12, 2010 at 1:49 pm. She weighed 7lbs 2oz and was 20in long. Mom was in labor for ten hours and Avery finally made her way into this world after two hours of pushing and a vacuum procedure was preformed. Dr. Sue Anders worked her magic and no damage was done to our little bug's head : 0)
